Her career has included managing multi-million-pound budgets, leading major service transformation, redesigning complex processes, building management information capability and strengthening governance and statutory compliance.
Amanda has also helped teams navigate significant organisational change without losing sight of the people affected by it. Her work has been recognised by the Mayor of the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, and she has been personally recommended by a Member of Parliament.
